The MT.Oakland Cell

The Mt. Oakland Cell was established by the Federation of the Republics of Civilists on January 20th, 2025. It was conceived by the I.U.C.A as the starting point for operations and the foundation of a democratic republican state with locally elected representatives, including the Sectorial Congress of both Union and Senate.
