The Sectorial Congress
“Democracy of the common people”
The Sectorial Congress of the IUCA
The Sectorial Congress was established on the foundational principles of governance that is conducted by and for the collective interests of all citizens, who are free and equal. It is composed of two distinct assemblies: the Senate and the Union. The Senate serves to represent the interests of the general populace, while the Union specifically represents the needs and concerns of workers and laborers.
The Senate
The Senate serves as the governmental representation for all constituents of the Institute, including municipalities, administrations, organizations, and individuals, all of whom possess the right to be represented within the Senate.
The Union
The Union serves as a federation of labor unions, organized by industrial sectors, and adheres to a democratic framework within each sector. This structure is managed and operated by the workers themselves, with leadership positions filled through a merit-based election process conducted by the workers.

Anyone may message the Congress for inquiries of any subject pertaining to congressional operations. Any organization may contact to request assistance or admission to the Congress, as well as any individual. Local populations, towns, and counties are the backbone of this Congress and scaled up to the federal level of the I.U.C.A makes our world a stronger, democratic world. Join the Union and protect your community's working rights, no matter your sector. Join the Senate and represent your town, your neighborhood.
